Privacy Policy

information collected

When you fill out the inquiry form or email me, I collect what you share: your name, email, phone number and details about your session. If you book, I also keep your contract and payment records.

how it’s used

Your information is only used to reply to you, plan and photograph your session, deliver your gallery and handle payments. I never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Galleries are delivered through Pixieset, payments go through Venmo or a card processor, inquiries are sent through Web3Forms, and this site is hosted by Cloudflare. Each has its own privacy policy.

analytics

This site uses simple, cookie-free analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It doesn’t follow you around other websites.

your choices & questions

You can ask to see, update or delete your information at any time. Just email jillian@sapphirebyjillian.com.

This policy may be updated from time to time, and the date at the top will change when it is.
