This website belongs to Sapphire Photography, owned by Jillian Ferrara in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. By using it, you agree to these terms. I’ve kept them short and simple on purpose.

photos & copyright

Every photo on this site was taken by Sapphire Photography and is protected by copyright. Please don’t download, copy, edit or reuse them without written permission. If you’d like to share one, just ask and tag @sapphirebyjillian.

your gallery & print release

Every gallery comes with a print release. You’re welcome to print your photos anywhere and share them for personal use. Please don’t sell them, use them commercially, or add filters before posting.

Sapphire Photography keeps the copyright to all images and may share favorites in the portfolio or on social media. If you’d rather your session stay private, just let me know before we shoot.

bookings & payments

Your session is booked once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid. Details on retainers, balances, rescheduling and cancellations are in your contract and on the Payments page.

inquiries

Sending an inquiry doesn’t reserve a date. I’ll reply within 48 hours with availability. Packages and prices on this site may change, but your price is locked in once you’ve booked.

I do my best to keep everything here accurate and up to date, but the site is provided as is.
